2. Photography Services

Lucy Moments Photography provides professional photography services including but not limited to:

Portrait photography sessions
Wedding and elopement photography
Couple and family photography
Landscape and wildlife photography
Location photography across Iceland

3. Booking and Payment

When you book a photography session:

A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Full payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the session
Cancellation policies will be clearly communicated
Weather-dependent sessions may need to be rescheduled

4. Image Rights and Usage

Regarding the photographs taken during your session:

You will receive high-resolution digital images as agreed
Lucy Moments Photography retains copyright to all images
You receive usage rights for personal use
Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement
We may use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Provide accurate contact information
Communicate any special requirements in advance
Respect the photographer and equipment
Follow safety guidelines during outdoor sessions

6. Limitation of Liability

Lucy Moments Photography's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or venue restrictions.
